This slightly-hoppy amber ale is brewed with 500 pounds of sweet potatoes per brew day -- around 30 percent of total fermentables. Fullsteam will be offering tastes of Carver and chatting about our "plow to pint" mission in this informal, post Bruisin' Ales gathering. Come say hello!
