SUNDAY: cooking with beer contest!
AMERICAN CRAFT BEER WEEK: SUNDAY, MAY 22
Red Ribbon Beer and Food CompetitionFullsteam Brewery invites you to put your chef hat on and whip up your very best recipe using Fullsteam beer. Participants have a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to Fullsteam R&D (can only be used for merch and food, by law) in one of the following three categories:
- Snacks and Appetizers
- Entrees
- Desserts
All entries must prepare at least six small tasters for the judging panel and are encouraged to make enough to share with the crowd gathered (though feeding the masses won’t boost anyone’s score, we promise).
Entries must be dropped off by 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 22th. Winner will be announced at 7:00PM. You do not need to be present to win.

Registrants can get two bottles of Fullsteam beer **for the cooking competition** on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a limited amount of beer samples that we can give out for free, so register and pick up as soon as possible!
PARTICIPANTS RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO RECIPES, BUT AGREE TO ALLOW FULLSTEAM TO PUBLISH THE RECIPE TO THE FULLSTEAM WEBSITE (with credit to the cook, of course).

Beer for cooking is available at Fullsteam R&D anytime after 4pm Monday through Thursday and anytime after noon on Friday and Saturday. Again, sample beer is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is limited to people actually cooking for the competition. Bad bad karma if you just go drinking it!
