Songs for Humans vs. XMAS

SONGS FOR HUMANS meets at Fullsteam Brewery, 726 Rigsbee Ave. Durham, every third Sunday of even-numbered months, at 6:30pm.

As always, our December sing-along will feature holiday songs, following our more recent tradition of swapping back and forth between the band's Christmas-y setlist and your requests. You can pick from almost 30 holiday songs in our repertoire, or you can choose SONGS FOR HUMANS classics from the entire lyric book, thus "SFH vs. XMAS!"

We added Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World" years ago because somebody asked for it at a holiday sing-along and we didn't want to be caught unprepared again!

This year, we'll pass the Pitcher of Mercy to benefit TABLE NC, feeding families in Orange County. . Our house band The Pinkerton Raid will also be in the midst of a Kickstarter preorder campaign to pre-sell their upcoming fifth full-length album and related merchandise.

Maybe you'd like to buy some last-minute gifts or invest in a private house concert to host in 2022. To celebrate the ongoing crowdfund, at a 6pm pre-party, the band will screen some of the animated music videos they've been releasing during the pandemic.
