Our tribute to Southern inventor Dr. George Washington Carver, who was known for peanuts, but was equally passionate about sweet potatoes. Brewed with hundreds upon hundreds of sweet potatoes per batch (and zero ounces of pie spice), this savory, smooth, and earthy lager celebrates the subtle flavor of North Carolina’s most prized crop.
