Chucklehead

Chucklehead is a bright, modern pale ale built from a simple grain bill and layered hop additions that lean towards tropical without tipping into palate fatigue. Local Epiphany Pilsner provides a clean, honey-crisp foundation while the Vienna adds a subtle toasted depth.
A heavy whirlpool dose of El Dorado and Mosaic pushes juicy aromas of pineapple, stone fruit, and light citrus. The dry hop – El Dorado again, paired with Moteuka – reinforces those tropical notes with a fresh snap of lime zest.
Fermented with US-04 at cooler temperatures, the beer maintains a soft ester profile and finishes with a clean lager-like snap, making it smooth, fragrant, and extremely drinkable.
