The honey lends a delicate roundness that complements Mosaic’s expressive notes of mango, berry, and pine. Pouring a hazy golden hue with a soft mouthfeel and clean, dry finish, this beer maintains a lower carbonation level to preserve its smooth, pillowy texture.
