Mignonette is a draft-only culinary beer. And in case you're not yet sure what we mean when we say "culinary," we aim to brew beers that pair well with food - not replicate the flavors. In this case, Mignonette is a citrus-hop-forward Belgian Pale brewed specifically to pair with oysters. It's sharp, clean, lemony and herbal and doesn't require oysters, or for you to even like oysters, to...relish...this beer.
