Oops!…We [Nectaron-ed] Again is our latest in our Oops series highlighting a single hop varietal. This time, it's the uber hot Nectaron® hop. And in spite of the nectarine name, its peach flavor is as bright as the Gaffney water tower on a clear summer day.
The pilsner malt base and simple recipe lets the single hop shine, and this one has an amazing stone fruit aroma and flavor.
Sometimes these hot hops are more flash than substance, but New Zealand's Nectraron® truly delivers.
