A draft-only offering, Peach Twang features North Carolina malt and, of course, Eastern North Carolina peaches.
Lightly kettle soured for that eponymous Twang, layering tart to offset the natural sweetness of ripe peach.
We hope to grow Twang into a rotating series of Carolina farm sours, highlighting seasonal harvests. We kick it all off with Peach.
