Servant of the People

Hazy Pale Ale

Juicy

We're intentionally launching two beers at once:

  1. this beer, the draft-only Servant of the People (all sales to World Central Kitchen), and
  2. a canned and draft beer offering, Native Land (all sales to several indigenous tribes upon whose land we live and work).

As we witness the devastation of a people and its unique culture, we support World Central Kitchen and its efforts to feed and nourish the innocent citizens of Ukraine, trapped, sick, and dying in their homes by an invading dictator.

With Native Land, our intent is to reflect on our own history of the same on this land we call home: the ancestral and contemporary lands of the Eno, Skaruhreh/Tuscarora, Shakori, Lumbee, and Occaneechi people.

We reflect upon, honor, and give to both.

As for the beer, Servant of the People is hazy, beachy, and soft. Blueberries add a pleasant aroma but not much in actual color. At 5.3%, it's a hazy worth having another of -- especially given the cause. Again, 100% of sales go directly to World Central Kitchen Ukraine.
