Creamy five-cheese pimento macaroni and cheese with bourbon molasses candied bacon;

Angels on Horseback. Gulf shrimp wrapped in peppered applewood bacon. Served with crawfish tail remoulade;

Goat cheese-stuffed paquillo peppers topped with chopped Texas jalapeno bacon and balsamic glaze;

Decadent chocolate custard with raspberry-glazed bacon and shaved white chocolate
