Goals of the Workshop:

Provide the opportunity to assess and learn about your current joint flexibility.
Provide education that you can use to make more informed decisions around your health and exercise practice.

We want to give you insight as to why you might still have that consistent nagging “thing” or why certain movements give you trouble.

By the end of the workshop... you should understand
-Any areas of limitation
-What movements those limitations might create issues for
-What smart modifications you can make to keep those from becoming an issue


You should also be more educated around:

How injury occurs
What factors can alter your capacity to handle loads & stresses daily, weekly etc
The difference between flexibility and mobility
How strength affects your movement
