A wild ale more than four years in the making, Farm's Edge: Fox Knob melds local sorghum, figs, and barrel-aged mixed cultures into a complex and delicious black saison.

The figs from our local forager network add depth to the earthy, nutty sorghum profile. Local wheat softens the mouthfeel.

Complex, fruit-forward, wild, and delicious. This final batch comes aged in a rum barrel.
