Each time we rotate a single hop. This time around, it's 100% Washington-grown Comet hops.
As the weather turns to mostly cold, we're excited to feature a hop that's been around for a little while, but historically been more in the background.
Kind of like Comet is to Rudolph.
Comet hops have been around for half a century as one of the lesser known C-hops, also in a supporting role. But is getting more traction as a showcase hop—not for being particularly showy, but for its robust grapefruit-meets-herbal flavor and aroma profile.
Together with our 100% local "Plow to Pint" pilsner malt, Oops!... We [Cometed] Again is an excellent single-hop pilsner to enjoy on its own or with food for the holiday season.
