We've long enjoyed our partnership with The Durham Beat -- a local arts & culture publication and host of the monthly Friday night Beat Markets. Someone, somewhere floated the word "collab," and we were off and running.
Or, more accurately, off and wandering.
Our respective teams (Fullsteam and Durham Beat) wandered through an urban forage, most notably the edge of Maplewood Cemetery, to collect mulberries and a few magnolia petals. We boosted the fruit with a touch of blackberry, elderflower, and fruit-forward hops. The result is a pleasantly jammy and floral hazy IPA.
