We raise our glasses and tip our hat to Phil, our long-time downtown Durham bartender, who served up beers and welcomed guests for over a dozen years. Phil’s off to new adventures, but he’ll forever be in our hearts.
Always Phil is a Hazy IPA featuring all New Zealand hops. Motueka, Moutere, and Wakatuield lend notes of cantaloupe, white grape, and Meyer lemon -- all balanced with just a touch of spice.
