We started with a bright crisp beer fermented with our house lager yeast and then we introduced it to funk! A lengthy, cool, secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis introduced a beautiful tropical fruit bouquet and light tartness that's refreshing and begs for another sip. Available at our tavern only, because it's that special.
