Deep Chatham combines tropical hops and multiple Brettanomyces strains to accentuate the natural funk of North America’s largest native tree fruit. Find a paw paw tree. Plant one if you can. And wander with us the farm’s edge, raising a glass to our plow-to-pint partners who make this beer possible.
