The hop gets the top billing and most of the attention. But we’re just as excited about what’s underneath: a clean malt backbone that’s North Carolina–farmed, malted, and brewed.
As for the hop? This time around it’s the berry-forwardErebus. Biting, crisp, and fruity...but still very much a clean, clear, hoppy pilsner.
