Pierre Delecto (Pear & Sumac)

Saison

Fruspy (fruit, spice, yeast)

A bright and delicate, fruity saison for fall, hearkening back to one of our first foraged beers. GoldPils Vienna brings a little color and light sweetness indicative of a fall saison; sumac stags (Fallawater Farm, Ashe co.) lend a light, crisp, acidity; and local pears (Kash family farm, Durham) provide a honey-like sweetness for this refreshing, complex farmhouse ale.

Pierre Delecto (Pear & Sumac) was a 2021 Good Food Award Winner, Fullsteam's eighth Good Food Award.
